Doxygen
It's been suggested that Doxygen could be used for documenting our software development. I wanted to give a quick pointer to everyone interested in learning more about it.

In short Doxygen is a documentation system for "in-code" documentation. The idea is that you'll keep documenting your stuff as long as it is very close the source code. In this case the documentation is embedded in the source code by using comments. They are then postprocessed by Doxygen to generate manuals in both html and tex format.Comments are welcome. Giorgio
